Middle Office Analyst – Financial Markets

Our client is a leading player in the financial sector, supporting trading operations across securities, cash, and derivatives transactions.

• 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry, specifically in capital markets.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of working independently and in teams.
• A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with effective communication skills.
• University degree in finance, banking, or a related field (beneficial).

Nice to have:

• Project management experience or relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of operational risk management tools and controls.

• Provide comprehensive operational support to Traders managing securities, cash, and derivatives transactions.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including brokers, custodians, and accounting departments, to ensure smooth communication and compliance.
• Conduct daily trade monitoring, perform reconciliations across systems, and manage failed trades to minimize operational risks.
• Respond to complex client inquiries, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Assist in onboarding new products and review existing processes for continuous improvement.
• Support team management by maintaining operational controls, policies, and audit standards.
• Lead and participate in projects aimed at process optimization and system enhancements within the team.
