System Analyst – Mortgage Banking Systems

The role is for a client in the financial industry, focusing on systems used in the mortgage lending decision-making process.

• 2+ years of experience in system analysis
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Experience in banking, including credit processes, risk aspects, and/or mortgage process
• Experience with system analysis in change projects
• Experience in REST API design
• Ability to translate business/process understanding into system change documentation

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of BPMN
• Experience with Abinitio technologies

• Lead system analysis of required changes for the mortgage decision process
• Assist in maintaining and supporting decision-related systems and their stability
• Perform analysis of change impacts within the decision system
• Prepare change documentation to ensure transparency, traceability, and alignment
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to clarify requirements and system behavior
• Support structured delivery of system updates through well-documented analysis outputs
