Senior Digital Banking System Analyst

Our client is a leading player in the financial and banking sector, dedicated to developing cutting-edge digital applications for mobile banking and digital financial services.

• At least 5 years of experience in system analysis within the digital or financial sector.
• Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Enterprise Architect, and Android Studio.
• Solid experience working with REST APIs, Microservices architecture, and integration tools like AsyncAPI.
• Expertise in UML and BPMN modeling techniques, with practical application in process analysis.
• Good command of English with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum methodologies, and backlog management.
• Experience working on end-to-end product development and application integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, release processes, and testing techniques.
• Experience with WebServices technologies.

Nice to have:

• Advanced knowledge of Android mobile operating system.
• Certification in Agile or System Analysis methodologies.

• Lead the analysis and modeling of system requirements to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Develop comprehensive business and technical specifications, translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and improve process efficiency.
• Utilize UML and BPMN for visual process modeling, supporting clear communication and effective system design.
• Work within Agile/Scrum frameworks, managing backlogs and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Prepare detailed documentation for system requirements, analysis, and implementation phases.
• Coordinate integration testing, ensuring system components operate flawlessly in a complex architecture.
• Liaise with development teams to support CI/CD processes and release management.
