Wymagania
- At least 5 years of experience in CRM campaign implementation and personalization
- Proven expertise with SAS CI Studio and Pega CDH configuration
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL and relational databases
- Experience in delivering marketing campaigns within the banking sector (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in Polish at a communicative level
- Good command of English (minimum B2), written and spoken
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational and quality-focus skills
- Willingness to develop professionally and share knowledge with the team
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of SAS 4GL
Obowiązki
- Design and implement sophisticated personalization workflows to enhance customer engagement
- Develop tailored communication strategies based on customer data and needs
- Configure and optimize campaigns within SAS CI Studio or Pega CDH platforms
- Prepare detailed requirements and specifications for system enhancements and real-time personalization features
- Conduct testing and analysis of proposed solutions to ensure effectiveness and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and system integration
- Analyze campaign results and continuously improve personalization processes
