Wymagania

  • Proven product management experience in digital products delivering medium-term strategic objectives (6–12 months).
  • Expertise in defining clear problem statements and measurable product outcomes.
  • Practical understanding of ML-enabled products, including orchestrating requirements between Data Science and Engineering.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in KPI-driven prioritization within e-commerce, advertising, or marketplace ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and maintain strategic alignment for Director-level audiences.
  • Ability to use AI-assisted discovery and synthesis approaches in product workflows.
  • Solid product management capability across discovery frameworks, roadmap planning, KPI definition, and backlog prioritization.
  • Analytics literacy including SQL, experiment interpretation, and metric design for product outcomes.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in AdTech or ranking/recommendation product domains.
  • Experience managing products relying on experimentation platforms and A/B testing.
  • Experience collaborating with platform teams on data and ML capability roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with auction-driven monetization constraints and trade-offs.

Obowiązki

  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for ML scoring in the Sponsored Offers area, from problem framing to delivery of measurable business outcomes.
  • Orchestrate discovery and delivery processes for ML scoring capabilities, ensuring continuous alignment with engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Optimize the roadmap balancing business value, usability, technical feasibility, and user viability.
  • Define clear problem statements and translate them into measurable product outcomes.
  • Translate requirements across Data Science and Engineering streams to ensure practical ML scoring solutions.
  • Lead KPI-driven prioritization to support medium-term strategic objectives (6–12 months).
  • Manage stakeholders effectively, providing strategic visibility and alignment for Director-level and cross-functional groups.
  • Apply AI-assisted discovery and synthesis methods to improve product decision-making quality and speed.
