Wymagania
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative or support roles, preferably within finance or treasury departments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and strong team collaboration skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in an international or corporate setting.
- Knowledge of basic accounting or budgeting processes.
- Fluency in additional languages.
Obowiązki
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks related to corporate treasury activities to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence with precision and professionalism.
- Support treasury team members by preparing documentation, financial reports, and data analysis.
- Assist with basic budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking related to treasury functions.
- Maintain and organize treasury-related digital files and office supplies efficiently.
- Provide excellent client-facing and internal communication support with stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements and help streamline treasury administrative procedures.
