Full Stack .NET Developer – Mid-Level

Our client is a pioneer in workforce management technology, focusing on digital transformation through innovative applications such as ComPass, the new Workforce Management/New Joiner application.

• At least 4 years of experience in full stack development, focusing on .NET technologies
• Proficiency in C# with a solid understanding of its ecosystems
• Familiarity with .NET 6 onwards and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with MVC, Web API, and frontend frameworks/libraries such as React or Angular
• Strong knowledge of version control tools like Git
• Understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles
• Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and scalable application architecture
• Fluent command of English (full professional proficiency)

Nice to have:

• Certifications in .NET, cloud technologies, or agile methodologies

• Translate application requirements and use cases into functional features that meet business needs
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for the application
• Ensure optimal application performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising effective solutions to complex problems
• Support testing and the production deployment of greenfield applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions
