Mid-Level System Analyst – Banking Decision Systems

Our client is a leading player in the banking industry focused on delivering cutting-edge digital solutions and maintaining decision systems that shape modern financial services.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in system analysis or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with banking environments.
• Proficiency in system analysis, API design, and low-code programming approaches.
• Practical skills in REST API integration concepts and the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and domains.
• Solid understanding of business analysis and solution architecture methodologies.
• Ability to prepare clear documentation and support cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Abinitio or similar data tools.
• Knowledge of BPMN or other modeling languages.

• Lead system analysis efforts for changes in decision systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate on maintenance and improvement of core banking systems to support continuous delivery.
• Develop and implement decision algorithms using low-code tools.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for system modifications, updates, and related process changes.
• Design and optimize REST API integrations to streamline communication between systems.
• Support technical teams in troubleshooting and resolving system issues, including analysis of system behavior and dependencies.
• Conduct analysis of system changes and document process improvements to strengthen future delivery.
• Ensure analytical outputs support validation, testing, and smooth operational adoption of changes.
