Senior Data Analyst – Financial Reporting & Data Mapping

Our client is a leading player in the financial sector, focused on transforming complex banking data into actionable insights. The role is part of a dynamic team developing advanced data mapping solutions within the Data Reporting stream of the Amadeusz/Symfonia program, aimed at driving innovation and efficiency in banking processes.

• At least 4 years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Advanced PL/SQL proficiency and solid knowledge of Oracle SQL.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Abinitio technology.
• Knowledge of system analysis methods.
• Experience analyzing testing processes.

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis and develop mapping solutions for data interfaces within the reporting framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures to improve data processing performance.
• Support testing and validation of data processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Document technical specifications and analytical processes thoroughly and clearly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in data management and reporting workflows.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and alignment.
