Mid-Level Project Manager – Financial Services & Transfer Agency

Our client is a leader in financial services and transfer agency, dedicated to shaping innovative solutions for complex financial operations in the global financial industry.

• 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably within financial services or banking.
• Basic understanding of transfer agency processes and financial operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate complex projects.
• Experience working in global, multi-entity environments.
• Familiarity with Multifonds systems (a plus).
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• A background in Business Analysis or related field.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• Exposure to financial software or transfer agency platforms.

• Lead and coordinate multiple project workstreams within transfer agency and financial services domains.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple geographic and corporate entities.
• Ensure project milestones are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new applications.
• Track project progress and provide detailed reporting to senior management.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams in adopting best practices.
• Assist in risk management and issue resolution to keep projects on course.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with client strategies.
