Our client is a leader in the technology industry committed to delivering innovative digital solutions. The role is based in Krakow with a hybrid work model (2 days in-office, 3 days remote).

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT or related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT support, systems administration, or network management.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used in enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting.
• Flexibility to operate during standard office hours.
• Good communication skills in Polish and a communicative command of English.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and practices.

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional.
• Experience working in international or multicultural teams.

• Implement and support IT systems, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently across various platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT infrastructure.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Assist in the deployment of updates and new system integrations.
• Maintain compliance with internal standards and best practices.
• Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring effective communication.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
