Mid-Level Google Cloud Data Engineer – Data Pipeline & Cloud Storage

Our client is a leader in data engineering solutions, focused on building scalable, reliable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform to empower businesses with actionable insights and drive digital transformation.

• At least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Knowledge of Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and storage buckets
• Experience with Composer/Apache Airflow
• Background in building Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, or Star Schema designs
• Mature experience in delivering quality Data Pipelines
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows

Nice to have:

• PySpark experience

• Build data pipelines integrating data from GCP cloud-exposed Data Assets
• Deliver data transformations based on requirements from Business Analysts
• Design robust data structures and pipeline architectures
• Orchestrate pipelines within CI/CD workflows to ensure continuous deployment
• Develop Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, or Star Schema/Snowflake models
• Ensure data pipeline quality with focus on auditability, re-runability, modularity, reusability, and unit testing
