Senior AI Adoption & Platform Delivery Lead

The role is for a pioneering financial services organization based in Krakow, focused on embedding advanced AI capabilities into their software development lifecycle.

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, developer experience, platform engineering, or similar technical fields.
• Proven experience with AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor in production environments.
• Success in working across organizational boundaries as an internal consultant or embedded technical lead.
• Experience designing and running enablement programs or technical training for engineering audiences.
• Fluency in modern development workflows including version control, CI/CD, IDEs, and code reviews.
• Ability to assess and improve existing toolchains pragmatically.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Proactive and curious mindset with ability to create structure amidst ambiguity.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in related areas or additional AI development experience.
• Prior leadership in large-scale organizational change initiatives.

• Drive adoption and time-to-value by embedding with engineering teams and guiding AI tooling usage.
• Design and deliver tailored enablement projects such as workshops, office hours, and self-serve guides.
• Act as a hands-on technical partner by writing code demonstrating AI-assisted development patterns.
• Diagnose and resolve technical, cultural, or workflow-related blockers to adoption.
• Translate early adopter learnings into scalable playbooks for organization-wide AI integration.
• Help teams standardize developer workflows, including CI/CD pipelines and control standards.
• Provide structured feedback to platform teams for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to prioritize features and improvements.
