Mid-Level OT Network Support Specialist – Telecom & Data Networks

This role is for a major player in the financial sector, supporting global network operations and infrastructure with a focus on telecom and data networks.

• At least 3 years of experience in telecom or data network support
• Good understanding of Data Networks Topologies and protocols
• Experience working within ITIL and Agile frameworks
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
• Willingness to learn new telecom technologies and supporting tools
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends

Nice to have:

• OT network technology knowledge

• Support Telecoms incidents globally and provide expert resolution guidance
• Monitor infrastructure, raise vendor tickets, and facilitate recovery processes without disrupting services
• Collaborate with Incident Managers and cross-functional teams to provide critical insights on OT network issues
• Coordinate with diverse global teams and vendors on a "follow the Sun" basis to ensure 24/7 operational support
• Drive recovery of IT systems and support services adhering to predefined service levels
• Work to reduce infrastructure outages and prevent recurring failures
• Establish and enforce global network standards and best practices
• Liaise with service providers to ensure contractual commitments and foster continuous improvement
• Provide clear communication and governance during incident resolution
• Analyze data to identify service improvements and optimize processes
