Wymagania
- At least 3 years of experience in telecom or data network support
- Good understanding of Data Networks Topologies and protocols
- Experience working within ITIL and Agile frameworks
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
- Willingness to learn new telecom technologies and supporting tools
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
Nice to have:
- OT network technology knowledge
Obowiązki
- Support Telecoms incidents globally and provide expert resolution guidance
- Monitor infrastructure, raise vendor tickets, and facilitate recovery processes without disrupting services
- Collaborate with Incident Managers and cross-functional teams to provide critical insights on OT network issues
- Coordinate with diverse global teams and vendors on a "follow the Sun" basis to ensure 24/7 operational support
- Drive recovery of IT systems and support services adhering to predefined service levels
- Work to reduce infrastructure outages and prevent recurring failures
- Establish and enforce global network standards and best practices
- Liaise with service providers to ensure contractual commitments and foster continuous improvement
- Provide clear communication and governance during incident resolution
- Analyze data to identify service improvements and optimize processes
