Expert Connectivity Carrier Manager – EMEA

This role is for a leading international financial services organization focused on managing and optimizing carrier relationships across Europe and the Middle East. The position is based in Krakow with a hybrid work model.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology sector, focusing on telecoms infrastructure and services.
• Proven expertise in managing complex IT infrastructure within regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard carrier services and infrastructure/circuits.
• Experience in the financial services or banking sector preferred.
• Solid experience managing third-party vendors and suppliers.
• Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate technical matters effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to relationship management.
• Fluent in English, with good command of Polish.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in telecom or vendor management.
• Previous experience working in a multinational organization.

• Lead the Connectivity team with all carrier-related matters within the EMEA region.
• Support the global carrier manager in building a resilient and efficient carrier management function.
• Maintain an accurate and current inventory of carriers across multiple markets.
• Define and implement governance and processes for carrier management, including service/performance tracking, contract management, and third-party oversight.
• Ensure carrier compliance with company standards through rigorous monitoring.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to negotiate and secure optimal commercial terms.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party carriers.
• Participate in contractual negotiations, renewals, and market evaluations, including RFP processes.
• Provide management with clear visibility into carrier performance and key metrics.
