Senior IT Program Manager – Digital Banking Transformation

The role is for a leading organization in the online banking sector undergoing continuous digital transformation. The position is based in Warsaw/Łódź with a hybrid work model (2 days in the office per month).

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager, IT Program Manager, or Technical Project Manager
• Proven success in leading and delivering complex IT initiatives
• Ability to creatively adjust project scope with business units
• Experience in cross-functional and matrix environments
• Proficiency with project, portfolio, and data analysis tools (Jira, MS Project, Power BI)
• Strong data analysis skills to support business decision-making
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment
• Proactive mindset with strong stakeholder relationship-building skills

• Coordinate delivery of business initiatives within IT BOXes
• Support decision-making by providing data-driven insights and analysis
• Present recommendations and assess consequences of delivery options
• Collaborate on scope adjustment solutions to meet deadlines
• Ensure alignment of delivery efforts with strategic plans
• Work closely with Box Owners, IT teams, and Business Strategy Office
• Collect, analyze, and share data on planning, progress, and team structure
• Monitor key process metrics and performance indicators
• Participate in optimizing delivery processes and implementing best practices
• Drive continuous improvement across software delivery and initiative portfolios
