Lead Cryptography Specialist – Security Assurance and Consultancy

Our client is a leading international bank dedicated to delivering secure and innovative banking solutions worldwide.

• 4+ years of experience in cryptography or cybersecurity roles, with a focus on security assurance or consultancy
• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and their practical applications
• Proven analytical skills paired with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with operational effectiveness, adhering to design patterns, security, risk, and regulatory standards
• Strong documentation skills for regulatory and technical reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with a customer/stakeholder focus

Nice to have:

• Experience working with standard documentation and regulatory compliance
• Background in IT or technology development

• Process requests in ServiceNow within the agreed SLA, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
• Respond to cryptography-related queries, providing expert guidance and solutions
• Prioritize and resolve high-urgency tasks promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary
• Identify process gaps and initiate improvements to enhance cryptography security measures
• Work on continuous data quality enhancement related to cryptography
• Report and escalate cryptography issues, ensuring swift resolution and compliance with security standards
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen security protocols and cryptography standards
