• Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience
• Experience designing and developing production applications
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, WPF, and WCF
• Experience creating and maintaining unit and integration tests
• Practical knowledge of Clean Code, SOLID principles, and code review processes
• Understanding of application performance and software security
• Effective teamwork and good communication skills
• Proficient English language skills (minimum B2)
• Higher education in computer science, engineering, or related field

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of C++, Oracle, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with real-time systems
• Participation in system architecture design
• Knowledge of the energy sector, especially Grid Automation
• Experience working with international teams in Agile methodologies

• Designing, developing, and maintaining software for modern energy grid automation systems
• Writing high-quality code following Clean Code and SOLID principles
• Participating in system architecture design and technology stack decisions
• Developing new functionalities and optimizing existing solutions
• Conducting code reviews and ensuring software quality and reliability
• Creating and maintaining unit tests
• Working in Agile methodology and collaborating with an interdisciplinary international team
• Expanding technical and business knowledge related to the product and supporting team goals
