Senior IT Project Manager – Digital Transformation

The role is for a Senior Project Manager in Infrastructure working for a leading organization in the financial services industry, focused on innovative IT infrastructure solutions. The position involves overseeing international project teams and managing large-scale infrastructure initiatives.

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing infrastructure projects within banking or financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Prince2); certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and MS Office suite.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end, including deployment and development phases.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2), with experience working on international projects.
• Knowledge of banking systems and cloud technologies is highly desirable.
• Flexibility for occasional teleconferences outside standard hours.

• Experience in integration projects and program governance.
• Ability to create dashboards and data visualizations.
• Prior experience managing multiple project managers and overseeing project portfolios.

• Lead planning and supervision of international project teams within the IT infrastructure domain, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with scope, timing, and budget objectives.
• Support versioning and deployment processes for ongoing infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate on benefit realization and facilitate risk mitigation activities across projects.
• Manage inter-project dependencies at the program level, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports, including project status updates and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to project standards, methodologies, and governance.
• Conduct periodic project reviews, health checks, and quality gate assessments to maintain high standards.
