Ads Solutions Engineer, gTech

Google's Ads Solutions Engineering team focuses on innovation and engineering excellence to power customer growth and exceptional ads experiences globally. The role involves working within the Global Business Organization to build platforms and automate workflows that enable growth and efficiency for advertising clients and product partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in computer engineering, software development, or building technical tools, including coding solutions.
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud technologies, including architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions or cloud data engineering.
• Experience using machine learning and building solutions.
• Experience working with systems such as Linux, Unix, or Windows.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Applied Science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

• Collect requirements, provide guidance, and best practices for ad products and technologies.
• Proactively scope, design, and build global reusable solutions and best practices for customers, sellers, and partners.
• Adapt bespoke regional ads solutions into globally scaled solutions supporting thousands of customers.
• Own the solution lifecycle from discovery to launch, including maintenance, feature requests, and deprecation for a portfolio of scaled solutions.
