Front-End Developer (Angular)

Verita HR is a rapidly growing organization operating within the payments industry, working on innovative international projects that contribute to the development of global payment standards, including mobile payment solutions.

• 5+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer or in a similar role
• Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong knowledge of Angular, HTML5 and CSS/SCSS
• Experience building responsive web applications and modern user interfaces
• Solid understanding of version control and code review tools such as Git and GitLab
• Experience writing unit and end-to-end tests
• Strong problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
• Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
• Familiarity with Docker
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Karma
• Knowledge of RxJS, Highcharts, PWA and responsive web design principles
• Familiarity with modern front-end development tools, standards and best practices

• Develop, enhance and maintain front-end applications using Angular, TypeScript and related technologies
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Scrum team members to understand requirements and deliver product increments
• Implement new features, resolve defects and continuously improve the codebase
• Integrate UI components with backend APIs in cooperation with API Developers
• Create and maintain unit and end-to-end tests for implemented functionality
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices and coding standards
• Work closely with QA Engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Collaborate with other Front-End Developers to improve application architecture, performance and maintainability
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives
