T Business - Lider/-ka Zespołu Presales (Klienci Biznesowi)

T-Mobile Polska S.A. is the employer, located in Warsaw at Marynarska 12. The role involves managing and developing the Presales team supporting ICT projects for Business Clients (B2B), including enterprise and large accounts segments.

• Experience in presales, ICT solution architecture, or roles combining technology with business (e.g., Presales Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Lead).
• Experience in managing or coordinating team work (formally or as a substantive leader).
• Very good knowledge of the ICT vendor market (e.g., networking, security, cloud, data center, integrations) and ability to select technologies matching real business client needs.
• Ability to assess, compare, and recommend solutions from various producers considering technical, business, and cost aspects.
• Ability to comprehensively recognize Business Client needs and translate them into tailored ICT solutions.
• Practical knowledge of designing and selling complex solutions covering multiple technological areas and/or suppliers.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and cooperation with sales teams.
• Strong orientation towards achieving business goals and team results.
• Ability to conduct business-technical conversations with clients at various decision-making levels.
• Very good communication skills and ability to build relationships and cooperation in cross-team environments.
• Independence, responsibility, and decision-making ability in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to work on multiple parallel initiatives and effectively manage priorities.

• Manage and develop the Presales team supporting ICT projects for Business Clients (B2B), including enterprise and large accounts.
• Ensure achievement of business goals through effective sales and project support.
• Build and maintain high-quality collaboration with sales, delivery teams, and product lines.
• Actively participate in sales processes from client needs recognition to proposing tailored ICT solutions.
• Translate business and operational client needs into comprehensive technological solution concepts (Presales 360).
• Select and recommend ICT technologies and vendors appropriate to client needs, architecture, and business strategy.
• Oversee preparation of commercial offers, solution concepts, presentations, estimations, and presales documentation.
• Ensure consistency of proposed solutions with architecture, technical standards, and organizational strategy.
• Monitor presales pipeline, prioritize initiatives, and manage team workload effectively.
• Identify areas for improvement in presales processes and implement standards and best practices.
• Develop team competencies through mentoring, substantive support, and participation in development plans.
• Represent the presales team in key business initiatives and in discussions with key clients, partners, and vendors.
