gTech Ads is responsible for support and media and technical services for customers across Google's Ad products stack. The team provides a range of services including self-help, in-product support, account setup, ad campaign implementation, media solutions, and complex technical and measurement solutions with consultative support for large customers. They partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve products and client experience globally.
Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with marketing analytics, return on investment, and statistical analysis.
- Experience translating raw quantitative data into clear and actionable insights.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Preferred: Master's degree.
- Preferred: Certification in analytics and digital advertising measurement.
- Preferred: 5 years of experience with media mix modeling, A/B testing, incrementality, marketing analytics, and advanced Google Analytics integrations.
- Preferred: Experience with SQL or scripts, building data models or analytic dashboards from large data sets.
- Ability to operate self-sufficiently and collaborate as part of a team.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments with effective time-management skills.
Obowiązki
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs based on their MOs/CBOs and measurement objectives, providing optimal measurement strategies and defining appropriate KPIs.
- Design and execute measurement studies such as conversion lift studies and MMM calibrations, ensuring statistical significance.
- Utilize deep knowledge of measurement platforms and advanced analytical skills to design measurement studies.
- Model results and perform ROI analysis on media plans, analyzing attribute lift across channels to inform channel strategy.
- Partner with Account Executives and Media Effectiveness teams to interpret measurement results and identify opportunities to increase product adoption and investment.
