• 5+ years of commercial experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Software Engineering with a strong ML focus
• Strong software development skills with proficiency in Python and hands-on experience working with deep learning toolkits like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
• Experience building scalable, distributed systems and high-throughput applications
• Hands-on experience developing, deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production environments
• Experience building data processing pipelines and large-scale ML systems
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Spark, SQL, Snowflake or Hadoop
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to collaborate effectively within international, cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, RAG systems, foundation models or transformer architectures
• Experience with recommendation systems, personalization, search or advertising technologies
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning, probabilistic models, bandits or other advanced ML techniques
• Proven track record of successfully shipping AI/ML features into large-scale, real-world consumer products

• Designing, developing and deploying scalable, production-ready machine learning solutions
• Building and maintaining large-scale ML systems and data processing pipelines
• Collaborating with engineers, researchers, data scientists and product stakeholders to deliver AI-powered features
• Improving machine learning infrastructure, tooling and model development workflows
• Developing and optimizing training, fine-tuning and evaluation processes for machine learning models
• Supporting the deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement of ML models in production environments

Relocation to Malmö, Sweden is required after the initial 3 months of hybrid work. Travel costs during the first 3 months are covered as business travel expenses.
