• Experience in designing or developing processes for investment products, preferably in digital channels for retail clients
• Hands-on experience with investment-related projects such as equities, ETFs, mutual funds, investment advisory, or asset/wealth management
• Experience in mobile application design
• Understanding of onboarding processes for investment clients
• Knowledge of selected aspects of MiFID regulations in a digital sales context
• Experience working with financial institutions, brokerage firms, or fintech environments

Nice to have:

• Experience working in international or high-growth fintech environments

• Design user experiences for investment products across digital channels
• Create and develop onboarding processes and user journeys
• Design mobile applications and self-service solutions
• Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams
• Optimize existing solutions based on user needs and business goals
• Incorporate regulatory requirements (including MiFID) into UX design
