Senior Fullstack Developer (Next.js/TypeScript/Python)

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with production systems
• Strong full-stack proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and Python
• Solid fundamentals in system design, data modeling, and API development
• Comfortable owning ambiguous problems and making pragmatic technical decisions
• Experience building and operating cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent)
• Strong product instincts and care about what and why you build
• Fluent with AI-assisted development tools like Codex or Claude
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical tradeoffs to non-engineers
• Genuine curiosity about the legal domain to inform technical decisions

Product Engineering:

• Build and ship full-stack features end-to-end, from data model to UI, with high reliability and code quality
• Work directly with founders and customers to turn ambiguous problems into shipped product
• Own features through the full lifecycle: scoping, implementation, testing, and iteration based on user feedback

Platform and Infrastructure:

• Design and maintain backend systems and APIs powering agentic workflows
• Build document processing pipelines to ingest, parse, and structure legal documents at scale
• Own search infrastructure for instant case history queries
• Own infrastructure and observability on AWS

AI Engineering:

• Build intake agent to gather and structure client information before lawyer involvement
• Build document generation pipelines drafting legal documents from firm playbooks
• Build systems generating playbooks by learning from historical documents
• Integrate LLM capabilities into product surfaces including streaming responses and human-in-the-loop review flows
