Senior Middle Office Analyst – Capital Markets

Our client is a leading player in the financial sector dedicated to delivering precise and efficient securities, cash, and derivatives transaction support.

• 3+ years of experience in the financial sector, particularly in capital markets operations.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Professional fluency in English.

Nice to have:

• Project management experience.
• A university degree in finance, banking, or a related field.

• Provide operational support to traders for securities, cash, and derivatives transactions.
• Prepare daily and weekly/monthly reports to track operational metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as Brokers, Custodians, and Accounting Teams.
• Conduct trade monitoring, reconciliations, and manage failed trades to maintain data integrity.
• Assist team leaders with daily tasks and participate in implementing new products and process improvements.
• Respond to complex client queries, analyze discrepancies, and propose solutions to mitigate operational risk.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of junior team members.
• Ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations, proposing controls to minimize risks.
