• Manage the visual design efforts and develop materials supporting the visual design strategy.

• Ensure applications meet objectives and performance goals through effective usability design.
• Oversee the user interface design process to maintain consistency and quality.
• Develop and maintain the technical user interface style inventory.
• Conduct quality evaluations to verify that the user experience vision, design, and standards are met by application and architecture developers.
• Participate in quality management reviews to ensure compliance with quality management plans and standards.
