Billing System Solution Development Expert (m/f/n)

InPost is a leading logistics company in Poland undergoing a transformation involving the implementation of a new billing system across the group.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, IT system implementations or support in sales or billing areas, including backlog management
• Participation in at least one data migration project in a business or analytical role
• At least 3 years of experience in client billing and billing processes
• Knowledge of billing algorithms and advanced financial data analysis skills (Excel)
• Experience in creating requirements documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including international ones, with negotiation and technical-to-business communication skills
• High independence in analytical and methodological decision-making
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in billing-rating system implementations or related fields
• Communicative Italian language skills
• Communicative French language skills
• Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis in billing, rating, and mediation
• Design and document requirements for the new billing system
• Coordinate business-side data migration, analyze legacy data quality, detect discrepancies, and prepare migration proposals
• Supervise parallel run processing, verifying consistency between legacy and new systems
• Manage UAT testing and functional acceptance, including test case analysis, scenario creation, and test reporting
• Collaborate daily with technology and suppliers, negotiate solutions, develop Change Requests, and escalate errors
• Manage requirements backlog with Business Product Owner, prioritizing and aligning with business vision
• Support sales and finance teams in interpreting system functionalities
• Participate in hypercare post go-live, providing user support in initial weeks
