Training Program Lead – Systems Implementation

Hays IT Contracting provides B2B collaboration, matching IT specialists to technology projects. The role involves working remotely for a long-term project starting in July/August, focusing on global training strategy implementation within an international organization.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Management
• Experience in a global or international environment
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Experience working with LMS systems, preferably Cornerstone (CSOD)
• Experience in service environments such as SSC, BPO, customer support, or IT/service delivery
• Experience collaborating with technical or operational teams
• Ability to create and manage training for operational processes and systems
• Nice to have: experience in transformational projects related to centralization or service optimization
• Nice to have: experience in technology-operational environments (e.g., IT, customer service, digital platforms)

• Develop and implement a global training strategy
• Manage the full training lifecycle from concept to delivery and evaluation
• Coordinate training activities as the main point of contact
• Collaborate with Project Lead, Product Owners, and regional teams
• Migrate and manage training content in the Cornerstone LMS system
• Build reporting, progress tracking, and certification mechanisms
• Audit, organize, and standardize existing training materials
• Implement governance processes including versioning, quality, and consistency of materials
• Report on training effectiveness and adoption levels
• Collaborate with global stakeholders in a distributed environment
