AI Engineer - NextGen

T-Mobile Polska is hiring for their AI & Next-Gen Solutions team, which focuses on delivering innovative, high-impact AI products across the organization.

• 3 years’ experience as AI Engineer or Python Backend Developer
• Understanding of RAG / Agentic architectures
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Proficiency in OOP programming in Python
• Familiarity with CI/CD best practices
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Problem solving mindset
• Attention to detail
• Basics of Machine Learning
• Good English skills (B2)

• Developing AI-based products for internal and external use
• Building backend features aligned with business requirements
• Planning architecture for new AI solutions
• Implementing newest, cutting-edge technologies
• Creating CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
• Ensuring safety and compliance with regulations
