• Experience in business analysis in IT projects
• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN
• Experience with CASE tools, e.g., Sparx Enterprise Architect
• Ability to gather and analyze system user needs
• Experience specifying functional and non-functional requirements
• Ability to create analytical and project documentation
• Experience modeling business and system processes
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies
• Analytical thinking and ability to independently manage assigned topics
• Communication skills and ability to connect business and technical perspectives
• Negotiation skills and good work organization
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Higher education in technical, economic, or banking fields
