• Proven 7+ years’ experience building PHP applications
• Experience with microservice architecture
• Experience with data migration, transformation, and scripting
• Experience using AI for application development and data enrichment
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications
• Result-driven developer with ambition to own an application
• Fluent in English and excellent communication skills

Product Development & Delivery:

• Develop and maintain the offer management solution and related services
• Contribute to all phases of lifecycle development
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring availability

Quality, Governance & Collaboration:

• Manage code quality and development best practices including test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, and code standards
• Ensure compliance with company code and application standards and governance
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders from IT and business
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute to embedding AI into development processes and solutions
