Partner Solution Architect, Regional System Integrators

The Google Cloud Platform team develops cloud technology products focused on security, reliability, and scalability, serving customers including developers, businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies. The role is part of the partner architecture team for global systems integrators and partnerships in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in customer-facing or support roles.
• Experience in public cloud architecture, including compute, networking, IAM, and microservices.
• Experience accelerating pre-sales agreements, conducting technical proof of concepts, and facilitating technical workshops.
• Preferred: Experience in AI, data, or infrastructure domains.
• Preferred: Experience with enterprise technology buying and evaluation processes and large-scale computing solutions.
• Preferred: Ability to work cross-functionally with Google Cloud Platform Customer Engineers.
• Preferred: Ability to drive and influence partner technical audiences and ensure accelerated agreement velocity without delivery escalations.

• Drive VIP bootcamps and hackathons for partners to accelerate sales cycles and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Provide targeted pre-sales architectural support exclusively for RSIs and strategic partners, acting as a technical peer to Account Customer Engineers.
• Serve as the regional pre-sales design authority by authoring baseline enterprise replicable assets and leading technical sessions and hackathons.
• Contribute to building, running, and maintaining the EMEA Partner Tech Community.
• Review and validate high-impact statements of work to ensure production readiness and secure partner funding ROI.
