Wymagania
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience in implementing ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API.
- Working knowledge of Flow Designer workflows and Business Rules.
- Good understanding of ITIL and IT service management best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration in an international environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and liaise with stakeholders at different levels.
Nice to have:
- ServiceNow or ITIL certifications.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations and complex scripting.
Obowiązki
- Configure and develop the ITSM module on the ServiceNow platform to optimize service processes.
- Implement ITSM workflows, including incident, problem, change, and request management.
- Create and modify workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts (Client Scripts, Script Includes) to tailor the platform.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITSM with other systems and modules for cohesive environment management.
- Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct testing of functionalities and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Document configurations, customizations, and best practices for maintainability and knowledge sharing.
