Agile Delivery Lead

• 4+ years of experience as an Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, APIs, and system integration projects
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and ideally Azure-based delivery environments
• Practical knowledge of REST APIs and integration workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in fast-paced Agile environments
• Fluent English
• Based in Poland

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector
• Understanding of Azure services and cloud-based integrations
• Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe)

• Lead end-to-end delivery of API integration projects using Agile methodologies
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution
• Collaborate closely with System Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to clarify requirements and remove delivery impediments
• Manage requirements, backlog, risks, and dependencies using JIRA and Confluence
• Monitor delivery progress, provide status reporting, and ensure transparency across stakeholders
• Coordinate architecture and integration discussions across teams
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and Agile practices
