Harvey Nash Technology is recruiting for a Middle Office Analyst role based in Warsaw with a hybrid work model (3 days in office).

Wymagania

  • 2/3+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in capital markets
  • Solid understanding of trade lifecycle and settlement processes (cash & securities)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in investigating trade discrepancies / reconciliations
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular)
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of risk management, controls, and compliance frameworks
  • Project exposure (participation or ownership of process improvements/changes)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Availability from 4 PM to 12 AM

Obowiązki

  • Monitor and support the full trade lifecycle, including settlement of cash and securities
  • Send and track settlement and payment instructions to custodian banks
  • Investigate and resolve trade breaks and discrepancies across systems
  • Handle queries from clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution
  • Provide transaction reporting and operational support to traders
  • Ensure high quality, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls and regulations
  • Maintain and update procedures, risk controls, and audit documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
  • Participate in and support projects, system changes, and process enhancements
