Data Scientist

Silky Coders develops IT, e-commerce, and data science solutions for the LPP Group, whose brands include Reserved, Mohito, Cropp, House, and Sinsay. Their technologies are used daily by millions of users, contributing to customer satisfaction and increasing online transaction volumes.

• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Python and familiar with packages such as scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch
• Over 2 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
• Experience working with data warehouses and SQL
• Deep statistical knowledge
• Skilled in building predictive models
• Experience in building and deploying machine learning solutions in production
• English proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation and international suppliers
• Experience with AI tools that improve efficiency and quality
• Daily use of tools like Claude Code or Cursor

Nice to have:

• Experience with FastAPI, Docker, and deployment on GCP and/or Azure
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and MCP

• Participate in creating advanced models based on machine learning methods
• Implement machine learning models in production
• Test and monitor model quality and analyze their business impact
• Conduct exploratory data analyses (EDA)
• Share knowledge with other Data Scientists
• Translate business needs into solutions for prediction, forecasting, and optimization
