The role is for a PAM Technical Delivery Team Lead at a global financial services organization focused on delivering secure and innovative technology solutions supporting critical business operations worldwide.

Wymagania

  • 5+ years of experience working within a Cyber Security development team
  • In-depth knowledge of DevOps lifecycle management and automated release implementation
  • Experience delivering significant service improvements for in-house developed IT services
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • 3+ years of experience managing people and teams, including goal setting and performance tracking
  • Extensive experience supporting internal and external audits, including providing reports, evidence, and walkthroughs
  • Strong experience with service ownership, incident management, and crisis coordination
  • Experience managing major changes while maintaining service stability and compliance
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience driving effective workload management across teams
  • Proven ability to lead risk management activities and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner
  • Experience working with Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms and services
  • Experience defining long-term service strategies and technology roadmaps
  • Knowledge of service resilience and reliability engineering practices
  • Experience managing vendor and contractor relationships
  • Financial services or highly regulated industry experience

Obowiązki

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team responsible for in-house PAM services
  • Driving the adoption of DevOps lifecycle management practices and automated release processes
  • Defining and optimizing operational procedures to improve team efficiency and service delivery
  • Managing performance objectives, coaching team members, and overseeing performance improvement plans
  • Developing and coordinating major incident action plans and chairing post-incident reviews
  • Overseeing significant service changes and ensuring compliance with change management processes
  • Representing planned changes during CAB meetings and communicating associated risks
  • Improving service health, resilience, and operational stability through process and technology enhancements
  • Leading risk management activities and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
  • Acting as a liaison between technical teams and business leaders, translating technical concepts into business-focused insights
  • Maintaining relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Defining and executing service roadmaps and contributing to strategic PAM initiatives
  • Supporting internal and external audits by providing evidence, reports, and walkthroughs
  • Managing out-of-hours activities when required to support critical services
