Program Manager with German | f/m/d

• Fluent in English and German.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing multiple IT infrastructure, workplace, or application projects in technically complex and dynamic environments, ideally in global Finance/Insurance or regulated industries.
• Experience with workplace technology, global IT support, and service management.
• Experience working with matrixed resources across IT Operations, Infrastructure, Networks, Engineering, and Application Management.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as MSP, Prince2, and agile tools.
• Strong management skills including project, financial, and change management.
• Demonstrable experience in setting up and driving successful global programs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate global teams.
• Ability to work in complex organizational structures and deliver business outcomes.
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, scoping, costing, and scheduling abilities.
• Proven ability to create meaningful reports and summarize project health for stakeholders.
• Ability to drive functional and geographic workstreams and coordinate unified delivery.
• Knowledge of infrastructure integration issues at the international level.
• Experience managing distributed teams in a matrix setup.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience using Clarity to manage projects and programs.

• Drive multiple complex projects with budgets of approximately €1m - €3m using formal project management techniques.
• Plan and follow up on assigned projects including scheduling, cost planning, resource management, and quality assurance.
• Produce a Charter for each project defining scope, budget, resources, schedule, and approach.
• Collaborate with internal Infrastructure and Operation teams to troubleshoot project planning issues.
• Facilitate design, planning, and implementation workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare, plan, and supervise IT project delivery, implementation, and integration of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Proactively manage project risks and issues with mitigation plans.
• Manage project meetings, schedules, milestones, and delivery.
• Prepare project correspondence and presentations for status reports and executive updates.
• Track and manage all project costs including contracts and resource assignments.
• Coordinate completion of documentation, project plans, change requests, approvals, and compliance gate requests.
• Build and maintain successful relationships with teams and business partners.
