Senior Carrier Management and Network Governance Specialist

The role is for a leading global banking institution focused on delivering seamless financial services worldwide, based in Krakow with a hybrid work model.

• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience within the Technology sector.
• Knowledge of telecoms infrastructure and services in a large, global organization.
• Familiarity with industry-standard carrier services and infrastructure/circuits.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and suppliers.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Positive, professional attitude; team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to develop good working relationships with stakeholders quickly.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in Financial Services or Banking.

• Assess the existing carrier engagement landscape and identify control gaps.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to address identified control issues.
• Oversee the end-to-end contracting process with stakeholder engagement, ensuring adherence to renewal deadlines.
• Contribute to contractual negotiations with procurement, legal, and other teams to secure comprehensive contract coverage.
• Ensure and evidence carrier compliance with the bank requirements.
• Conduct third-party due diligence and risk management activities in line with standard procedures.
• Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with third-party carriers.
• Manage ongoing contracts and vendor governance in accordance with contractual terms and HSBC standards.
