Angular Developer - Team Lead

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of JavaScript development experience with strong Angular expertise.
• 1–2 years in a leadership or technical lead role, preferably in Agile.
• Deep understanding of front-end architecture, lifecycle, and scalable design.
• Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and OOP principles.
• Proficient in Git, HTML, SCSS, and REST API integration.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with experience mentoring developers.
• Skilled in leading technical discussions, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Solid understanding of front-end performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with the Ionic Framework.
• Familiarity with AWS services.
• Familiarity with Capacitor.
• Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or public speaking.
• Working knowledge of Node.js.

• Lead the team’s Agile delivery process, including task allocation, sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-team coordination.
• Design and develop advanced, scalable front-end applications using Angular.
• Set individual goals for team members, monitor progress, and provide feedback.
• Champion clean, maintainable code, modern architectural patterns, and performance optimization.
• Conduct and supervise code reviews to ensure technical consistency and quality.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and career development support.
• Promote team morale and engagement to motivate and empower team members.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Architects, Product Owners, and UX/UI teams on product vision and delivery priorities.
• Influence system design, technical direction, and front-end technology selection.
• Monitor and maintain front-end application health, addressing performance, scalability, and security.
• Define and enforce coding standards, development workflows, and front-end best practices.
