Wymagania
- Degree in computer science, business administration, or comparable experience
- 4+ years as a Business Analyst in agile environments
- Proven UX/UI experience in complex digital applications
- Hands-on with Jira or similar backlog tools; UX methods (journey mapping, wireframing, usability testing)
- Stakeholder management experience in large organizations
- Conceptual understanding of frontend technologies, APIs, and microservices
- Experience with large-scale transformation or refactoring initiatives
- Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
- Hybrid working model with office presence in Katowice at least once per week; specific arrangements can be discussed during recruitment
Obowiązki
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
- Design and optimize end-to-end user journeys, ensuring usability, accessibility (WCAG) and consistency
- Collaborate with frontend developers on UI/UX implementation, including wireframes and interaction concepts
- Contribute to wireframes, interaction concepts, and UX improvements
- Manage stakeholders across multiple markets and regulatory environments
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and ensure stories meet Definition of Ready / Done
- Ensure requirements meet regulatory and data protection standards (e.g., GDPR) and maintain traceability to implementation
