• Strong background in business and system analysis
• Ability to identify business objectives, challenges, and improvement areas
• Experience in requirements gathering (workshops, interviews, surveys)
• Ability to map business needs to IT or process solutions
• Experience with Murex (preferred)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in complex IT environments

• Analyze and optimize business processes
• Identify opportunities for improvements and automation
• Gather and analyze business and system requirements
• Translate business needs into IT and process solutions
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Support solution design and architecture
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (design, development, testing, implementation)
• Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities
• Prioritize requirements based on business goals
• Cooperate with internal IT teams, business units, and external providers
