Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst (Business Products Area)

• Experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in the financial sector, preferably banking projects
• Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Jira Test Manager
• Knowledge of SQL and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI)
• Familiarity with BPMN and UML
• Higher education in banking, economics, mathematics, computer science, or related fields
• Strong skills in MS Office
• Developed analytical, communication skills, and independence

Senior level additional requirements:

• Experience conducting business analyses in complex projects
• Ability to conduct workshops with stakeholders
• Experience in business process optimization
• Support in designing solutions and software development processes

• Analysis and modeling of business processes
• Gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams
• Preparing functional specifications and supporting development teams
• Identifying process improvements and proposing new solutions
• Participating in the design and implementation of new products and services
• Supporting Product Owners and Project Managers in backlog and project scope management
• Data analysis and quality monitoring
• Documenting processes using BPMN and UML
