Billing Specialist, gTech Ads Customer Experience

Google's gTech team supports customers globally by providing technical skill, product expertise, and understanding of customer needs to ensure full benefit from Google products.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a technical project management or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work flexible non-standard hours aligned with customer requirements.
• Preferred experience in online advertising using Google Ads, YouTube, or other online advertising systems.
• Experience using data insights to influence business decisions.
• Experience in project management including initiating workstreams, developing project plans, and fostering cross-organizational collaboration.
• Preferred knowledge of policy or billing.
• Excellent communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Support updating of existing solution content or create repeatable content such as best practices, tutorials, blog articles, and sample code.
• Generate partner insights and participate in business reviews to formulate partner strategies with minimal guidance.
• Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.
• Execute solutions based on user/partner/client business objectives and technical requirements with occasional peer support.
• Assist in identifying trends of solution issues across users/partners/clients and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate future risks.
