• Very good knowledge of credit card functionalities and related services
• Experience working in the payment card sector
• Knowledge of tools for simulating card transactions (MAS, VTS)
• Ability to analyze and model business processes
• Practical experience in user requirements analysis, system development, implementation, and testing of new functionalities and changes
• Experience in data/system migration projects
• Ability to work with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Developed communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills
• Logical and critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• English language proficiency enabling fluent work in English
• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of: Business process modeling, Requirements analysis, UML, BPMN, Credit cards, Payment cards, MAS, VTS, Data migration, Testing

• Analyze and agree on business requirements in the payment card area
• Collaborate with payment organizations Visa and MasterCard
• Create functional requirement specifications
• Map existing business processes and prepare proposals for their modification
• Participate in implementing new systems and updating existing solutions
• Prepare test scenarios, coordinate and execute tests
• Participate in data and system migration projects
