Application Security Specialist (IAM)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Information Security Specialist, Application Owner, or Application Manager, preferably within IAM or cyber security projects
• Good understanding of applications, transactions, and access management
• Self-driven and motivated with a collaborative mindset
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management, IAM, Application Security, Stakeholder Management, Risk Analysis, and QA
• English language proficiency

• Engage and collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to align project objectives and initiate efforts
• Support stakeholder engagement through interviews or workshops to identify and document project deliverables
• Conduct analysis and Quality Assurance on gathered documentation to identify further documentation needs
• Analyze access management and violations in application security and user access
• Engage with Application and RACF/IAM subject matter experts to formulate mitigation suggestions
• Facilitate identification and remediation process for violations
• Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities
• Assist in prioritizing efforts and managing scope changes
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
