• Minimum 5 years of experience in analysis, including at least 2 years in the banking sector
• Knowledge of SQL
• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Ability to design solutions and create documentation using UML and BPMN
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
• Practical experience in creating technical documentation
• Knowledge of UML, Confluence, Jira, BPMN, SQL, Agile, Scrum
• Languages: Polish (expert), English (advanced)

• Analyze the current state and assess the impact of planned changes on existing solutions
• Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Design system solutions and prepare technical and functional documentation
• Collaborate with programmers, architects, testers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and other stakeholders
• Ensure high quality of delivered solutions in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, and security
• Share knowledge and promote best practices within the team
