Wymagania
- 5+ years of experience in Release Management, Software Delivery, IT Operations, Project Management, or related technical discipline
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, software delivery lifecycles, deployment automation, and DevOps practices
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments with knowledge of Scrum and/or ITIL
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Obowiązki
- Define, coordinate, and maintain release plans and deployment schedules across multiple development teams
- Manage release pipelines, deployment processes, and environment readiness
- Assess release risks, identify dependencies, and implement mitigation plans
- Coordinate release readiness, approvals, and deployment activities across teams
- Support incident response and rollback planning during production deployments
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring KPIs and enhancing CI/CD and automation processes
